Crossroads is blessed to have an amazing team of educators who are passionate about hands-on learning that cultivates real-life skills and academic excellence. Guided by Biblical wisdom and a heart of love, they go beyond the classroom to make a lasting impact—shaping character, nurturing faith, and helping students find deep joy as they witness Christ at work in their lives.
Patty loves Crossroads and what it stands for. She enjoys being with the kids, getting to know them, and helping them learn about and grow in Jesus. In her down time, she enjoys reading, going to the movies with her family, and being outdoors especially to hike and bike.

A 2025 graduate from Liberty University, Kaylee is excited to implement her background in Family and Child Development into a classroom setting. She is honored to do so at Crossroads, a ministry-minded place that disciples and equips the next generation for Christ. During college, Kaylee explored different professional avenues within her degree but ultimately fell in love with teaching young kids. Kaylee understands that every child is uniquely created by God and will foster an engaging, intentional, and fun learning environment so each child can flourish in their individual ways. Outside of the classroom, Kaylee loves spending time with her friends and family (especially her eight nieces and nephews), being outdoors, running, reading, and writing.

Rebekah (Bekah) is excited to continue growing in her role supporting students and teachers at Crossroads. With a heart for children and a natural gift for nurturing young minds, she discovered her love for education while working with the three-year-olds at Gracepoint Learning Center, and dreams of becoming a mother one day too. A homeschool graduate herself, Rebekah fondly remembers her co-op experiences and wouldn't change that foundation. She is a member of Hinkletown Mennonite Church and enjoys reading, singing, playing the tin whistle, and spending time snuggling her niece and nephew any chance she has. Her love for God, learning, and deep care for children continue to shape her journey.
